Error:
NetRocket cannot connect to the NetRocket Service
Possible Solutions:
• Check that you have successfully connected
to your ISP in your usual manner (e.g. Did your
dial-up connection successfully connect to your
ISP?). This step is independent of whether or
not you launch NetRocket.
• Verify that the Connection information located
in the Settings dialog is the same as that provided
to you.
• If you are running firewall software, make
sure that a firewall rule is present that allows
access to the Remote Server Port (located in the
Settings dialog)
• Try uninstalling the NetRocket (Control Panel-->Add/Remove
Programs and select NetRocket) then re-install
it.
• Contact us at 1-866-841-2306 to verify that
the NetRocket is up and running
Error:
NetRocket does not allow connections from your
current IP address
Possible Solution:
The most likely reason you would receive this
error is when you connect to the Internet using
a different ISP from the one providing you with
NetRocket. Your ISP may only allow you to use
the NetRocket when connected to the Internet through
them.
Error:
Your username and/or password were not accepted
by the NetRocket
Possible Solution:
The login credentials you specified on the Settings
- Connection tab were not valid. Your
ISP requires you to enter a valid username and
password to use the NetRocket.
Error:
NetRocket could not be started due to an authentication
timeout
Possible Solutions:
• Ensure that the authentication information
provided to you has been keyed in correctly.
• Try reconnecting to your ISP.
• If the problem persists contact us at 1-866-841-2306.
Error:
NetRocket cannot be started due to an internal
error
Possible Solutions:
• Try restarting your machine and launching NetRocket
Accelerator.
• If the problem persists contact us at 1-866-841-2306.
Error:
NetRocket Accelerator was unable to load the sdicore.dll
library
Possible Solution:
The likely cause of this is that you accidentally
deleted a file or resource required by the NetRocket
Accelerator. Fully uninstall and then re-install
the NetRocket Accelerator
